SagiCHO Medium is a chemically defined, serum-free cell culture medium developed for optimal growth of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. This medium is engineered to support high cell densities while maintaining excellent cell viability, making it suitable for recombinant protein production processes.
SagiCHO is a chemically defined basal medium formulated for thawing, passaging, and supporting high-density fed-batch processes across multiple Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell subtypes. It is hydrolysate-free, animal-origin free (AOF), and does not contain L-glutamine. It contains 6 g/L D-glucose.
Recommended cell subtypes: CHO-K1, CHOK1SV GS-KO, CHO-S, Horizon CHO-GS, etc.
