This buffer solution is the standard supporting reagent for microbial testing in pharmaceuticals, foods, and cosmetics. Its core functions are as follows:
Sample diluent: Used during microbial limit tests and sterility checks to perform gradient dilution of the samples to avoid osmotic pressure shock that could cause bacterial death.
Rinsing solution: Used in membrane filtration tests to rinse the filter membranes and remove the inhibitory substances in the samples.
Pre-enrichment / Sample preparation: Used for pre-enrichment of bacteria in pharmaceuticals, in accordance with the standards of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
Usage:
Take 16.1g of this product, dissolve it in 1000ml of purified water, and then divide it into test tubes. Sterilize it at 121℃ under high pressure for 15 minutes, and keep it ready.
